Problem Statement
The client approached Propelius with a clear vision: to create a festive, emotionally engaging mobile experience that blends creativity, mindfulness, and AI-powered personalization. However, the key concern was how to deliver this within a focused MVP while keeping the platform flexible for future festivals.Propelius partnered closely with the client to define a scalable product structure from day one. We guided architectural decisions, simplified user flows, and ensured the platform could evolve beyond Christmas without technical debt.The result was a polished, live mobile application launched on both Android and iOS—delivering a joyful Christmas experience today while being technically prepared for multi-festival expansion in future phases.

Technical Architecture
A festive digital experience that blends AI-powered creativity with daily rituals for emotionally engaging celebrations. React Native mobile app connects to Supabase backend with OpenAI integration for AI-enhanced festive experiences. Festival Engine architecture enables multi-festival support through modular content and feature toggles. AI image generation/editing, daily ritual flows, and dynamic festival-specific content loading provide scalable platform expandable from Christmas to other festivals without rework.
